Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 July 2026
This policy explains what denverwindow.com collects, why, who receives it, and what you can require us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who we are
denverwindow.com is an advertising and referral service that connects homeowners in the Denver metropolitan area with independent window contractors. We are not a contractor. Contact: support@denverwindow.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you complete the quote form we collect:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service type you selected
- Your ZIP code
- Any project details you type into the message field
- The fact that you checked the consent box, and the time you did it
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, and the approximate city and region derived from it
- The page you submitted from, and the site that referred you
- Browser and device information, and pages viewed, through Google Analytics 4
- Data used by Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated scripts
We do not collect payment details, Social Security numbers, or any government identifier. We never ask for them, and no contractor should ask you for them either before a contract exists.
Why we collect it, and who receives it
The purpose is to pass your quote request to contractors who can serve you. When you submit the form, the information above is shared with up to four independent window contractors licensed to work in your area. Those contractors are separate businesses. Once they hold your information, their own privacy practices apply to it, and we do not control what they do with it.
We also use these service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf:
| Provider | What it does | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, security, form processing, Turnstile robot check | IP address, request data, form contents in transit |
| Resend | Delivers the lead notification email to us | The contents of your form submission |
| Zapier or Make | Records the lead in our internal spreadsheet | The contents of your form submission |
| Google Analytics 4 | Site usage measurement | Pseudonymised usage data, not your form contents |
| Google AdSense | Serves display advertising, if enabled | Cookies and identifiers used for ad delivery |
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or list brokers.
- We do not share your form submission with anyone other than the matched contractors and the processors listed above.
- We do not add you to a marketing newsletter from this form.
Calls and text messages
By checking the consent box you agreed that we and up to four contractors may contact you at the number you provided, including by autodialed or prerecorded call and by text message. That consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time. To stop calls or texts from a contractor, tell that contractor directly. To have us stop, email support@denverwindow.com.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, for security, and, if advertising is enabled, for ad delivery. Third-party vendors including Google use cookies to serve advertisements based on prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising through Google's Ads Settings, and you can opt out of many other vendors through the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out pages. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which will not break this site.
How long we keep it
Lead records are retained for three years, which is how long we may need to demonstrate that consent was given. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.
Your rights in Colorado
Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents have the right to confirm whether we process their personal data and to access it; to correct inaccuracies; to delete it; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. Colorado also requires us to honour a recognised universal opt-out mechanism, including the Global Privacy Control signal, and we do.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@denverwindow.com with the phone number or email address you used. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.
Rights in other states
Residents of California, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have broadly similar rights, including access, deletion, correction and opting out of sale or targeted advertising. Use the same email address and tell us which state you live in.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
When this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
