denverwindow.com is an advertising and referral service. We are not a window contractor, we hold no contractor licence, and we perform no construction, repair or cleaning work of any kind. We introduce homeowners to independent third-party contractors.
2. What we are not responsible for
Contractors introduced through this site are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners or subcontractors. We do not supervise, direct or control their work. We are not responsible for, and we make no warranty regarding:
- The quality, timeliness or safety of any work performed
- The accuracy of any price, estimate or quote a contractor gives you
- The validity or currency of any licence, bond or insurance policy
- A contractor's conduct, honesty or solvency
- Any contract you enter into with a contractor
Any agreement you make is between you and that contractor. Verify licence status and insurance yourself before you sign anything or pay a deposit.
3. Information on this site
Cost figures, code references and technical explanations are provided for general information and for budgeting. They are not a quote, not an offer, and not professional advice. Building codes, permit requirements, tax provisions and market prices change. Confirm anything that matters to your decision with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before you rely on it.
4. Submitting a request
By submitting the quote form you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- The information you provided is accurate and is your own
- You own the property, or you are authorised to arrange work on it
- You consent to being contacted as described on the form and in the Privacy Policy
Submitting another person's details without their permission is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false requests, scrape or copy the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout and design of this site are ours and are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts of the City and County of Denver, Colorado have jurisdiction over any dispute.
